Class Registration Information

Registration

ADM's Training Registration Policy

Unless special arrangements have been made with Access Direct, registration forms and fees must be received at least 5 business days prior to the scheduled class date.

Classes are scheduled on a first-come, first served basis. Access Direct will contact you for payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, or a company check.

 

Students may cancel and receive a full refund or apply their tuition toward a future class if they notify Access Direct in writing 5 full business days before the class date.

For cancellations less than 5 business days from the scheduled class date, students may ONLY apply their tuition toward a future class and will incur an additional $50 rescheduling fee that must be paid before the next class.

No shows are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling. However, you may substitute another student at no charge. Scheduled class dates and course fees are subject to change at any time. Access Direct will notify students of any change.
