Access Direct can meet your specialized training needs. You may need on-site training. Or, you may need a class customized for your particular GoldMine or HEAT installation. Ask us about our one-on-one, custom, or on-site group training for GoldMine, the HEAT family of products, and related technologies such as Crystal Reports, MS SQL, and QuoteWerks. |

Training is provided by a certified trainer in the respective software. While our trainers can provide the same training topics as covered in our public classes, custom sessions allow for tailoring the class to your specific needs. This may mean adding or removing standard topics, or it may mean training on systems which look just like your own custom environment. Custom training makes sense when you have extensive customization in your system or when you will use only a portion of the software's functionality. On-site training makes sense for a larger group (especially if travel for a large number of people is not practical) and you have the physical space at your site for a class.

In order to train on-site, each student must be seated at a computer. It is possible for Access Direct to provide a certain number of laptops and an overhead projector. Contact us for details on availability and cost. Custom/on-site training is based on an hourly rate plus a per person charge for manuals, and in some instances a setup charge. Trainers are typically available with a week's advance notice. Because class content and configuation varies, please contact Access Direct for specific pricing and schedule details. |
