Public Training Classes at Our Facilities
Access Direct provides training for up to 10 people in either of our training facilities on the Goldmine or the HEAT family of products, as well as related software such as Crystal Reports, MS SQL, and QuoteWerks. What can you expect to gain from spending valuable time and energy in an Access Direct training class?	- Learn how to work with the software as designed, discovering valuable features, short cuts, and tips that will save you time and effort every day. - Leverage our experience: our trainers use GoldMine and HEAT both on the job and in providing support to ADM customers. Their knowledge goes far beyond "book learning." Chances are, they will have experience in an application similar to yours. Instructors generally make themselves available at break for specific questions. - Meet fellow FrontRange software users from your local area with similar needs, who can become valuable resources for experience-sharing. - Gain the ability to not only learn about the software for yourself, but be able to pass it along to your colleagues. - By attending one of our administration classes, you will become more self-sufficient with the software and gain valuable "under-the-hood" insignt.
The Facilities Access Direct maintains training facilities in Boulder, Colorado, and Bountiful, Utah. All Access Direct training is provided by Certified Trainers in the respective software. Classes are limited to 10 people, and all classes are hands-on. Our comfortable training rooms feature Pentium PCs running Windows. Class attire is informal, with most students preferring business casual attire. Each class includes short breaks. Full day classes break for an hour at lunch time. Coffee, tea, and hot beverages are complimentary and available at each break. Several restaurants are within a five minute drive of the facilities.	What are the facilities like?
What happens after class?	After Class Every student upon successful class completion will receive a Certificate of Completion. Because training is really an ongoing process, sources of help are covered in all sessions. Participants are automatically enrolled in our complimentary "GoldMine Tip of the Month" e-mail program. This way, users are challenged to learn at least one new technique a month. All Access customers have access to our library of past tips. Incidentally, GoldMine's e-mail merge feature makes it possible for us to easily manage our popular "Tip" program.
